In July of last year my father passed away after a very courageous battle with cancer. It was after my fathers death that we as a family started to think that there had to be more to life than just this finality and so my mother began to read books by John Edward, Alison Duboir and James Van Praagh. Last Wednesday she read me a passage from James Van Praagh's book Talking To Heaven, that related to spirit photography where it said that spirits can appear as whitish spots, lights or flashes on photographs.

I took the book from her and read the passage for myself, then mum asked me what was wrong, I told her that I had photos with white spots on them and went and got the photos and showed her. The photos were taken May 1988 at my eldest daughters (who is now 18) Christening in the Chuch Of England Church at Cessnock NSW. The Camera that took these photos was approximately one year old when the photos were taken and although it still works I replaced it with a newer camera in Decmber of 2004. At the time when I had the photos developed I was very upset and actually accused the place where I had them developed of ruining my photos. The processing people at the time tried to reassure me that they had done nothing wrong as the photos at the beginning of the film and the photos at the end of the film had none of these mysterious marks on them. I did not believe them, and was convinced that they had ruined my photos.

As I take a lot of photos when I replaced the camera in its approximate thirteen year life I would have taken in excess of three thousand photos and this has never happened ever again.

As I am extremely busy I rarely get to see much television and it never gets turned on on Sunday Mornings, and yet, last sunday 26th February I turned the TV on to Weekend Sunrise and managed to catch the end of your interview. I'm not sure what urged me to turn the TV on but I did and I then phoned channel seven to get your details and the seminar dates. My mother and I attended your seminar in Newcastle on Monday night and I must say we both were shocked. We had hoped that my father would come through but this was not to be. I did ask the question though as my yougest daughter who turned 7 on the 25th February claims to see and talk to my dad all of the time.
