On a normal day, most of us aren't exploding demons in between looking gorgeous and cooking up a spell; nor are we whispering to dead people (except for Anthony of course). However, we may be open to psychic attack. Don't reach for the nearest book of spells to ward of your demons just yet. Read on. Every time someone (passed or living) thinks of you, you receive a psychic hit. That hit can either be positive or negative. In other words, psychic thought-forms are like little missiles of energy. If someone is angry at you, fearful of you, or jealous of you, they launch negative missiles of energy. Similarly, if someone thinks nice things about you, positive psychic thought-forms of love, health, and happiness find you. It's the negative missiles of thought-form that are of a concern. They can, over time, make us unwell either physically, mentally or spiritually. Psychic
Attacks We
spend our teens coming to grips with our hormones, sexual identity, and
our sense of social belonging. Were you ever one of the ones subjected
to the silent, lazar stares of the Queen Bees (most popular girls) at
school? Do you remember what it was like? Today, that behaviour is recognised
as passive bullying, but there is more than that going on under the surface.
Each one of those girls in the Queen Bee example was thinking negative
thought-forms and firing them at their target. For example, “Eew
look at her jeans.” I don't even recognise the label.”I didn't
know there was a brand cheaper than Target!” At home, school, or work, in fact anywhere we go, we are surrounded by a swirling mass of thought-forms. Many of which have been created intentionally and others unintentionally; most of which are positive. But as we all know, along with enjoying the positives in life, we must also deal with the negatives. Any thought-form involving your name that you have not called into being is an invasion of your energy field, a psychic attack. Protection When you feel you're under psychic attacks, imagine holding up a mirror. Use it to reflect negative thought-forms right back at their sender. At the same time, ask God, your guardian angels or spirit guides to protect you by surrounding you with love and positive white light. You
can also: Fear, doubt, and anger can create holes or dark spots in our aura through which negative thought-forms can enter and lower our energy vibration. Light a candle. Imagine breathing in the protective white light emitted from the candle. Breathe out any negative energies that have slipped through. Please don't leave candles burning unattended. Burning down your house is one negative experience you can do without. Develop an awareness of your own energy field. If you're surrounded by negative people (energy suckers’as I call them), visualise pulling your aura in close. Imagine yourself inside the protective layer of your aura as if you where inside a bubble. That way unwanted negative thought-forms will bounce off you. Don't forget to expand your aura again once you're out of the firing line. There are always loads of positive thought-forms of love headed your way. You don't want to miss on those. Carry a symbol of psychic protection that has meaning for you. It could be a ring, crystal, necklace, photograph or any other object you wish. Visualise it surrounding you in positive white light whenever you feel under attack. Spirit
Communication and Psychic Protection “It is essential to learn how to control the level of activity within yourself,” says Anthony. “It is the key to avoiding unwelcome or inappropriate timed communication or negative thought forms.”Before you begin any connecting ritual you must perform a psychic protection exercise. Your psychic protection exercise can be performed anywhere sitting, standing, lying down, eyes open, eyes shut, spoken aloud or thought in silence, it doesn't matter. What is important is that you are comfortable. There is no one right psychic protection exercise,” say Anthony. However, it must include a couple of essential steps.” Those essential steps include: 1. Get comfortable and begin taking in deep, slow breaths. Allow the air coming into your body to cleanse you. As you breath out, allow all your negative emotions to flow outward. Feel yourself begin to relax. 2. Visualise a strong, beautiful white ray of light coming from above you. The light is pure and filled with divine love and protection. Allow it to wrap around you like a soft cloud. Imagine yourself to be in the middle of a divine bubble of love, protection and white light. 3. Now ask God, your guardian angels, spirit guides or divine being for protection. Here are some examples you might like to use: Great Spirit, please grant me love, light, protection, peace, wisdom and truth. Keep me safe in your power while I open the way to communicate with my spirit guides.” God, I come in search of answers. Surround me in your light as I know no harm can come to me. Please protect me, my friends and family in your power. Practise psychic protection and enjoy the guidance, love and direction you'll receive from within the white light”says Anthony. And don't forget that divine guidance is often sent to us in the form of the living.” It's not by chance that certain people cross our path at certain stages of our life. With their positive outlook comes a multitude of positive thought-forms that build our confidence, make us laugh, influence our direction, and make us feel appreciated and loved for who we are.
