To book your appointment online it's a quick 5 step process.
1. Select appointment book & reading type -
1.1 Select the appointment book / location:
- Bunbury office & phone readings OR
- Perth office readings
1.2 Select the reading type you want:
- Mediumship reading in person
- Mediumship reading by phone
- Psychic reading by phone
2. Select appointment time -
2.1 Either select a date via the calendar OR select FIND NEXT AVAILABLE SLOT
2.2 Select Book against the time slot you require
2.3 If you wish to be notified if an earlier appointment becomes available also select the cancellation option.
3. Log in / Sign up -
3.1 Select No - if this is your first time using the system
3.2 Enter name, email address, contact phone number (no gaps between numbers & preferably a mobile #, so that SMS reminders can be sent).
3.3 Enter password
3.4 Agree to terms and conditions and sign up
3.5 Select continue
4. Booking request detail -
4.1 Please leave confirmation method as email, so that you receive the reminders etc. A member of staff will be calling you to follow up on your booking
4.2 Select - Use current email address
4.3 Booking note - can leave blank. However, if you can only be contacted at certain times to follow up your booking please advise here
4.4 Select continue
5. Finalise your booking -
5.1 Check booking details
5.2 Scroll down to payment section below AND SELECT THE PAYMENT OPTION
N.B. For a Mediumship reading this will be either $150 deposit or full payment of $350. For Psychic readings full payment of $200 is required.
5.3 Select SUBMIT this will take you to secure Pay pal site, where you will need to pay using Paypal or credit / debit card.
And that's it ... The office will match your booking with the payment (During office hours Tues - Thurs). You will then be sent a booking confirmation from the online system, (Clik Clik) and also a staff member from the Whispers office will contact you by phone, and send you another booking confirmation letter, that will contain pertinent information about your reading.
