Baby's cry from spirit

Working as a medium, I see many people in the course of my work. People come and go from many different walks of life. Over the course of the many connections I make with spirit I sometimes connect with little ones. What I mean by little ones are babies that didn’t get the chance to be born or only lived for a very short time. This may be a miscarriage, termination or some other reason why a child doesn’t make it through. These little ones are rarely spoken about by mediums and I would like to take the opportunity to look at these little lives and offer some understanding of what happens to our babies on the other side of life.
Firstly let me say that simply, life is life and death is death. How we are born is something we rarely, if ever really think about while here in the physical. We understand the process and science has offered us the facts behind conception and birth, but the act itself is never really something we living focus greatly on. The fact we are here is really what most of us focus on. Now what of death….
I believe that once energy, regardless of age, moves into spirit, never really focuses on their own passing to any great degree. The same way that we as living, breathing humans, rarely consider our birth - the same applies to those that have passed. The fact that they are there, and what lay ahead of them is really the main focus.
The passing of a child is never an experience easily recounted for anyone. In the whole human existence the passing of one’s child even in the early stages or indeed at any age, must be the hardest learning experience of all. Expectations are, that as parents it is natural and right that we outlive our children. The experience of a loss such as this however is infinitely worse for those of us here than it is for the little energy who is the subject of our grief.
The passing of a little one in most circumstances is exactly the same experience as it would be for anyone who passes into spirit. Depending on the age of the baby and the level of consciousness, what the soul has achieved will determine how the energy is handled on the other side of life. Most little babies that cross are nurtured and wrapped in love and tender affections by loved ones on the other side. They are helped and cared for to a point where the energy that was the baby adapts to such a quick physical experience and regains its spiritual sea legs.
It is my understanding that after a period of time the souls of babies that have passed rejoin their spiritual family group and regain full understanding. At this point the energies of what was the baby energy may be fully re-established and move forward to other experiences, not as a baby energy but a spiritual being with no age and no agenda. To this soul, such a short physical existence is just another experience for its growth and spiritual development. That is not to say they do not realise the affect its early exit has on those left behind. This is why they come to me as a medium to reassure the parents, friends and family of the energies continued existence and to express the love and compassion for those left behind.
A babies passing can spiritually speaking come about for many reasons. It may be a choice made by the baby soul itself to leave. It may be that there were physical problems unforeseen that necessitate an early exit. The whole event may have been necessary so that those here learn valuable lessons. In the end it doesn’t really matter the reasons for the early departure. The baby souls are safe, well and nurtured. I often see during a sitting a little ones energy bundled up in a warm loving cloke of energy and cradled in the arms of a loved one who has passed. It is a feeling of safety, love and contentment that comes with these images.
Many ask me about the termination of a pregnancy. So many women all over the world suffer guilt and years of remorse over the actions they take in relation to a termination. While it is not my intention to cheapen the view on human life or to make a statement of wrong or right here, it must be said spiritually speaking the energy of a child that is terminated or passes of natural causes are helped and nurtured in the same way, there is absolutely no difference.
The choices we make during our human existence will offer opportunities for growth and learning for us and for others. The attitudes we hold on such delicate a subject as terminations, are those of our human emotions and feelings, but to a large degree do not reflect those of spirit.
The same may be said for issues involving suicide and euthanasia to name but two. I will say that with any experience we have here in the physical is less about the experience and to a larger degree about what we learn and how we act as a result of those experiences.
Basically it’s about what we do with what we learn. Repeated errors and a failure to learn and grow from any experience, whether it is the termination of a pregnancy or from failed relationships will carry forward karmic debt that will need to be worked through in latter human incarnations. We must always be mindful of this fact. We all experience so many different things in our lives while here. Some of the things we do, determine what others experience here as well. It is important that we reflect on our own lives before passing judgment on others actions. Remember to try and alter your perspective to see the truth of others.
Our babies are safe and cared for. They are all around us and will be with us always. The bond between our babies and us was established long before conception and will remain with us into eternity. Be at peace with the knowledge that our baby souls are not lost to us and that we will experience them again. Perhaps in this lifetime, perhaps in another or perhaps when we ourselves cross over. The energy of our babies live on in spirit and within our own souls, much like a shooting star bright and wonderful but gone all too soon.
